Apple Back to the Mac Event.
Here are all of the details from todays event:
As expected, Apple updated iLife. Some key new features were added to iPhoto, iMove, and GarageBand. Some of the new features being full screen mode, better audio editing enhancements, more themes, as well as plenty more. Although, no mention of any updates for iWeb or iDVD.
Apple gave a sneak preview to Mac OS 10.7 "Tiger" Many things from the iPad were interpreted for the Mac. Get ready for a Mac App Store and full screen apps. Some other key new features introduced were Launchpad, a Home Screen of apps for your Mac and MissionControl which is like an enhanced (and awesome) version of Expose.
Also, FaceTime for Mac was introduced today and is available for download right now.
And the "One more thing" was the new solid state, instant on MacBook Air. It now comes in two sizes. 11 and 13-inches. It has a high resolution display, a large battery that last 30 days standby and 5-7 hours usage.
